Four college students venture to a storied haunted house over night. The goal is simple, obtain research for a paper they are writing on urban myths and legends. As events unfold, the group starts to understand there's more to the stories than they first believed. Friendships and motives are questioned. The gentle caretaker's role is brought into questions. When tragedy strikes, they finally understand that Sanctus House is more than myth.
